Getting More Leads for your Network Marketing Business With Global Moneyline

I recently came across an online tool that is supposedly helping people get more leads and make money to support their home based business.  Let’s face it one of the most challenging things we all face when doing network marketing is having plenty of people to talk to.  In a perfect world, we would post a blog or a video and our phones would ring off the hook with prospects begging to join our business and all we would have to say is, “Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.”

Unfortunately, if you’ve been involved in network marketing for any length of time you know it can take a little more convincing than that.  I’ve personally purchased leads, bought google ads, solo ads, called friends and family, and still regularly buy Facebook Ads and am always on the lookout for new tools that can help me and my team members attract more people to my business.

With that being said, I recently found something that will help you build a list of people you can email to in just a few days for next to nothing.  In fact, you can sign up for free to test drive it and even use the service without ever spending a dime if you choose.  If you are serious about building a network marketing business and want to get more leads and build a large list fast, I recommend you at least take a peak at Global Moneyline.  I took it for a test drive 3 days ago after learning that some of my team members were getting sign-ups into our network marketing business from it.  In just 36 hours I’ve already got over 2000 people in my network that I can email or advertise my opportunity to.  It could take weeks or even months to build a list of 2000 or more.  I will add that nothing beats having your own email list, but while you are building your list – this could be a great alternative to building your list.

My Top 10 Favorite Books on Success & Self Improvement

I recently made a goal this year to sit down in apply myself to reading 10 pages per day.  I figured if I could get in the habit of reading just 10 pages per day (20 to 30 minutes or less), by the end of the year I would have read over 3500 pages of something.  Most books are around 200 pages in length, so by doing this, I could read at least 10 new books this year.

In the past up until now I have read some pretty amazing books and for any of you that just aren’t satisfied or would like to continue to grow in this journey called life; I want to share with you just 10 books that I have had a profound affect on my life.  So here it goes, my top 10 list of books that have changed the way I look at things and had a deep impact on my life.

  1. The Bible – The inspired word of god is made up some amazing stories of men that struggled in life and were able to overcome great obstacles with God on their side.  Whether you believe in the stories or not, The Bible has definitely had an impact in my life.
  2. Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki– When I had first picked up this book about 10 years ago I had all but given up on the idea of being my own boss.  I was quite content just making a living working for someone else and really had never examined some of the ideas that were laid out in this book.  I highly recommend you read it if you have any interest in investing or becoming an entrepreneur.
  3. As a Man Thinketh by James Allen – This book was originally published in 1903, but holds some great ideas to how our minds and thoughts can affect our futures.  This book really made me aware of how I thought about things and looked at the world.
  4. The Secret by Rhonda Byrne –  I had never heard of The Law of Attraction before reading this book.  In fact, I was under the assumption that most everything happened for a reason and where I ended up was based more on my own destiny.  This book helped me to realize that I could change my future by changing my thoughts.  A longer more in depth version of As a Man Thinketh.
  5. The 4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris – This book is awesome as most of us have been programmed that being busy equates to being productive.  Most tasks can be done in only a few minutes per day and most of the time we spend is wasted when it comes to work and business.  This book will help you become way more productive and recognize when you are wasting your time and get you off of auto pilot.
  6. How To Win Friends and Influence People  by Dale Carnegie – This book will help you to understand people and how building a network is so important to achieving success.  This will also give you tools to become a better listener, a better person, and help you gain friends much faster.  It will also help you persuade others to your way of thinking or influencing others with your ideas.  A must-read for anyone in sales, network marketing, or business.
  7. Harmonic Wealth by James Arthur Ray – I loved this book.  Unlike so many books on business or success, it talked about the 5 Pillars of Success – Financial, relational, mental, physical, and spiritual.  It basically said you aren’t truly successful until you find success in all five areas.
  8. The Power of Intention by Wayne Dyer – Wayne is no longer with us in the physical reality, but he had some great ideas and certainly had made an impact on my life through his books and lectures.  This book really stands out as my most favorite of all The Wayne Dyer Books I have read and would say it’s a must read for everyone regardless of their pursuits.  This book will help you become a co-creator with the universe and understand that our intentions will ultimately create our reality.
  9. The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson – This book is based on the idea that all great things whether it be money saved, success on the football field, or a successful business owner all have one thing in common – an accumulation of good daily habits that compound over a period of time.  The Slight Edge shows you how to get powerful results from the simple daily activities of your life, by using tools that are already within you and will help you recognize and become aware of your activities for the better.  This book is a must read and I am so glad that I read it.
  10. The Four Year Career: How to Make Your Dreams of Fun and Financial Freedom Come True Or Not by Richard Bliss Brook – This book is a must read for anyone who is interested in building a career or a 2nd income in network marketing.  This will help you understand the business and why it works, how it works, and how so many have found above average income in this industry.  I was honored to have given a testimonial on this book in the past.

Well, there are my 10 favorite books of all time and I hope that you find a few or add a few to your list to read in the near future.  You will not be sorry.

Prevail Max by Valentus Review

I recently came across a health product Prevail Max by Valentus that literally blew my mind.  Not because I actually tried it myself, but because of what I saw visually from a video on YouTube (see below).  I was so impressed with what I actually saw that I ordered the product myself and although I just started using it in the past 24 hours I have already noticed that I feel more energy and have more focus.

Supplement Facts

Prevail Max Facts (Frequently Asked Questions).

Does this product assist with detoxification? If so, should I stop taking my other products that I am taking to help with bowel movements/constipation?

Detoxification: The increased bio-electric charge that your body will carry while using Prevail Max will assist in the natural peristaltic action of the colon and further assist in a natural and more comfortable bowl movement. You will be giving your body what it was lacking to perform its most basic function. Continue with your previous protocol and then abstain from said protocol after combining the Prevail Max and your bowl regulation products for three days. Continue with Prevail Max there after to further assist this and many other relevant conditions.

Will this increase my athletic performance? If so, has this been approved by the World anti-doping agency? I don’t want to jeopardize my athletic competitions, should I get randomly selected to provide a urine sample!

The Prevail Max formula has been shown to GREATLY enhance athletic performance in a variety of ways. It has yet to be certified by WADA but has been previously cleared by the NSF for Sport in the United States which monitors and controls the regulation for all banned substances in the U.S. for professional athletes.

Is this safe for children? If not, what age or body weight is recommended (at minimum) for safety?

It has become a customary standard in North America via the FDA to suggest that children under the age of 12 years old consult a qualified health care practitioner before using any supplemental product. This being said, we suggest that you consult said practitioner prior to use.

Is this product FDA approved?

PrevailMax is considered a natural supplement and is recognized by the FDA as such.

Are there any medical papers on this product that I can access to show my doctor?

There has been years of supportive and collaborating studies done on the Prevail Max technology that had been conducted by Dr. Mueller and his R&D company. Although, to date there has not been third party studies done that have been published.

Do I take this product with food? Or, can I take this product in the early morning when I take my other medicines? Do I take this product in between meals, when I drink my other Valentus beverages, or only during breakfast, lunch and supper? (Product says to take 3 times per day, when?)

PrevailMax can be taken at any time day or night without complication because it is administered intra-orally and absorbs into the blood stream quickly thus bypassing the gastrointestinal tract and avoiding the time consuming and often times interference of normal digestion.

Get More Business By Boosting Your Posts on Facebook

A few years ago I began to boost my posts on my Facebook Business Page. Not because I really wanted to, but because I figured that with around 10,000 followers at the time it was apparent to me that only 2 to 5% of my followers were going to see my posts.

When I first got on Facebook back in 2008 it was not uncommon for most of your followers to see your posts, but nowadays that just doesn’t happen. I think it is even worse with the Facebook Business Pages vs. The Facebook Personal Pages.

So which posts do you post and so forth? I would recommend anything that is business (marketing related) be boosted straight away. You can do this for as little as $15 per week ($2 per day per post). If you’d like to do a boost on a non-business related post where there is no call to action than only boost those posts that are getting a big response rate (Facebook will actually send you a notification). Keep in mind that by boosting your posts you are doing 2 things — hopefully getting someone to opt-in to your email list if you are doing a marketing post (always post links to take people to a squeeze or capture page). And if you are boosting posts that don’t have a call to action (non-business) you are doing this to either get more engagement or more followers.

Since this can be a bit costly to build up your online presence over time you need to know pretty much what it is you are after before you boost your post. You also need to set aside a budget. You can start with as little as $60 per month. I would recommend test marketing in the beginning and stay on top of it every few days, so you don’t spend too much too soon.

I personally always target my posts to audiences whom I feel would be most interested in the post. For example, if the post is about cold calling on the phone, I may reach out to salespeople, realtors, or network marketing professionals. If the call to action is for weight loss products, I would probably reach out to people who have expressed interest in weight loss products. Or if I’m promoting plumbing services, I’m only going to reach out to people in my local area. Once you know your market, you can have lots of fun with boosting posts and get a lot more traction than you can with a non-boosted post. It’s the difference of having only 100 people see your post or up to a 100,000.

If you’re looking to get more followers never boost your post to your existing audience, always target new people outside your existing network. If you are looking to get more sales or expand your email list than it’s perfectly ok to just simply boost your post to your existing followers.

When you click on the boost your post button it will allow you to pick geographical areas (globally), interests, and/or if you just want to post to your current followers.

Hope this helps, you get more sales more followers and grow your brand on Facebook.

How To Create a Million Dollar Mindset

Around 8 years ago I lost pretty much everything after going through a divorce. I have spent the last 8 years not building my bank account so much, but building my mindset. I would take a strong mindset over anything on the planet. Your mindset if strong, can heal disease, always create money, get you out of debt, and take you to places beyond your wildest dreams. I’ve even used it to attract love and even cars. I have more faith today than ever and see the world where possibility is limitless for those who can believe and it all starts in the mind.

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.” Henry Ford

Here are 10 tips that I have used to save me from bankruptcy and create lots of money and much more.

  1. Read books that inspire you every day (get in the habit of reading 10 pages per day)
  2. Subconscious reprogramming (music and guided meditation), you can find on YouTube or the internet (most is free).  Make sure to get a good pair of headphones.
  3. Learn to be present (this will help you to control your thoughts and become a master at slowing down time).
  4. Meditate and pray daily (I try to spend a few minutes a day praying and up to 30 minutes per day in meditation).
  5. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU SPEND TIME WITH (Don’t cut off all friends, as you can be a great inspiration, but spend most of your time with those that have more of what you want).
  6. Always be open to new opportunities for either business or investment.  (Stay open because your faith is strong.)
  7. BE REALLY CLEAR (Be very clear on what it is you want until you are clear don’t get into action).
  8. Live life to the fullest (Don’t every deny yourself of life’s many pleasures, in other words, if you want to drive a luxury car or go on an exotic vacation – go get it.  Know that you deserve it and go after it like you already own it before you do.)
  9. Work harder on yourself than your business, than your job, or anything else.  (Always be working on becoming the best version of you.)
  10. Find a mentor or mentors.  I’ve had life coaches, mentors, and connect with people often who I look up to.  These mentors can all be of great help in helping you achieve your goals.  One of my life coaches helped me increase my income dramatically in less than a year.

So there you have it.  10 tips I have used to help me get back on my feet, avoid bankruptcy and pretty much live the life that I desire most of the time.  It’s not so much about how much money you have in your bank account, but how you feel about yourself.  I personally know millionaires who are financially insecure.  Security isn’t in your net worth but in your self-worth.

The Fortune is In The Follow Up

I remember years ago hearing that, The fortune was in the follow-up.  At first thought, I wasn’t sure what that really meant, but now many years later, I can contest that if you are involved in sales or network marketing that your ability to follow up will be the difference between being a superstar or barely making a living.

Here is why you definitely want to follow up and why you will be ahead of most people if you do.  First of all, following up takes time and good time management and you must be on your game.  You see, most people simply need to have their hand held to make a decision even if they are super interested.  It’s just human nature.  There is a reason today that companies still rely on salespeople to introduce their products to the marketplace because they know that people typically will have a difficult time making a decision without someone there to help them make a decision.

Did you get the word help in the previous paragraph?  I hope so because as professional networkers and salespeople our job isn’t to push people into something they don’t need or want – that’s very ignorant behavior.  I call that “Bible Belt Selling” (Beating people over the head with a bible).  The best way to follow-up is to uncover needs with your prospect initially and see if they even have a NEED for your product or service.  If they don’t have a need and you keep following up you are an Ass.  You must do your uncovering initially to see if your prospect even needs what you have to offer.  I don’t care what you’re selling not everyone is going to need your product or service.  The best salespeople I have ever met aren’t the pushiest, they are the best listeners and they know how to put their products in the marketplace by understanding their customer’s needs first and foremost.

Now to the follow up.  It’s actually very simple, once you find out that a prospect needs your product or service your job is to make an appointment.  Find out what they need prior to the meeting to help make their decision.  Set a day and time for you to see them in person or on the phone and simply uncover their quesitons and help guide them along to make a decision to either buy or die.  What you don’t want to do is spend days, weeks, or months following up to find that your prospect cannot make a decision.  I personally, try and get prospects to tell me NO right away if they are not interested.  In fact, in the past I have told people ahead of time exactly how the sales process is going to work and that its ok for them to tell me NO.  I actually would much rather have a NO than someone stroking me along for weeks or months because they are afraid to tell me NO.  You want to get to NO or YES as quickly as possible when you are dealing with prospects.

So there is truth to the saying, The fortune is in the follow-up, but more importantly you want to get really good at recognizing a buyer and a tire kicker.  Most of your prospects will be tire kickers and that’s what you want to eliminate right away.  Follow up with your best prospects and get your tire kickers to jump in or jump off quickly.  So treat your prospecting or cold calling like you are simply hunting not so much for sales, but for qualified prospects,

So treat your prospecting or cold calling like you are simply hunting not so much for sales, but for qualified prospects, set appointments, and get your prospects to a Yes or No as quickly as you can.  If you qualify on the front end before you even start the follow up you will save yourself a ton of time and energy.  You may be following up with a lot less people, but you will ultimately find that if you get really good on your listening skills that you will have alot less work following up and your closing percentage will go way up as its much easier to persuade a qualified prospect to become a customer than it is an unqualified prospect.  So unless you are selling watches, or meat door to door.  Get good at qualifying your prospects and get to an appointment and follow up until your prospects buy or die.

Why You Need a Social Media Marketing Strategy

If you’re a business owner and thinking of now putting your business on a social media platform or if you have already done so, but are not getting the results you had hoped for. You need to read this post.

Social media is not a place where you constantly want to post advertisements about your business, its a place to share ideas, business achievements, and most importantly learn to engage with others.

Social Media isn’t just a fad.

Honestly, a few years ago I often wondered if all the popular social media sites would come to an end or lose their popularity. It is now becoming apparent that surely is not the case. In fact, many social media sites like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and most recently Snapchat (Snap Inc.) are now publicly traded on The NYSE and Nasdaq.

Your Social Media Strategy in The Beginning

It’s actually very simple, you are either going to promote YOU, your Business, or both. Whatever you decide — the most important thing you can do is not overwhelm yourself with too many sites. You need to pick one or two of your favorite social platforms and simply get active. How do you get active? Just post 1 or 2 times per day and connect with others. Engage in conversations and spend a few minutes per day liking and commenting on others posts. By doing this strategy you will slowly but surely begin to build up a presence and a following. Once you get to where you have over a few hundred followers on any platform you will begin to see more and more likes and engagement on your posts.

Your Social Media Strategy Later on (Automate)

Once your following grows and you are on more than a few platforms you will want to consider using tools to automate your posts. A few that I like to use on a regular basis are Hootsuite, Socialoomph, Klout, and Facebook App & Facebook Page Manager (for smartphone). By using some of these tools you will save yourself time and money. As your goal with social media isn’t just to connect with others, but to be smart with your time, so you don’t waste hours online moving yourself further away from your business objectives.

Be Real and Pay Attention

Make sure that you promote your business only around 20% of the time or if you need to do more that its more informative marketing. People on social media like to see things and share things that inform them. I can promise you that if you constantly market your business and don’t offer creative innovative content that you will lose your audience. You wouldn’t run a TV Station and constantly air commercials. If you plan on using social media to get customers for your business — really pay attention and don’t over do it. Make sure to track leads and updates (especially the ones that you are paying for) so you know which types of posts are getting the most engagement. If you find that your posts are getting little or no engagement than simply change it up. Just like anything learn and become more effective with your messaging and this should help you get more of the results that you are looking for.

Read and Grow Rich

Years ago when I was first learning about becoming an entrepreneur and leaving my corporate job back in 2007 for a one year adventure overseas, I heard the term, “leaders are readers.”  I wasn’t sure what to make of that, but I noticed that as I started to read more self-help books mainly from authors like Jim Rohn, Wayne Dyer, and Napolean Hill I noticed over time that I started to look at things differently.  In fact, I think the first time I read the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki I thought differently about working, money, and just about everything to do with business.  I went from working for the past 10 years of my life to being self-employed again.  As for the past 10 years I have only been employed for 4 of them.  Before I started reading these books I had come to the conclusion that I had little control over my destiny and I pretty much had to give up on my dreams even though as a child and young adult I had many dreams.

Everyone is born a genius, but the process of living de-geniuses them. Buckminster Fuller 1927, a

Luckily, in my mid-thirties I didn’t buy into the idea of settling for a life of mediocrity.  In fact, I felt like I was beginning to live again after reading those books.  I began to think differently and realized that my thoughts and actions were in correlation to my future.

I remember around the same time that I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad.  I had also watched the movie The Secret and shortly thereafter purchased the book.  The Secret was a best seller and based on the idea of The Law of Attraction.  The Law of Attraction was basically and idea that our thoughts become things, so if we are going to think we might as well think positive.  I kind of compared it to what the bible had to say over a thousand years ago, “As a man thinks so is he.” Proverbs 23:7

So my challenge to you over the next 30 days until it becomes a habit is to pick up an inspirational or educational book and challenge yourself to read 10 pages per day.  Do this for a period of 30 days and I will do it with you and lets see if our thoughts begin to change.

Below I have listed some of my favorite books to help get you started.

  • The Magic of Thinking Big by David J. Schwartz
  • Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki
  • The Richest Man in Babylon by Jim Rohn
  • As a Man Thinketh by James Allen
  • Harmonic Wealth by James Arthur Ray
  • The Secret by Rhonda Byrne
  • Multiple Streams of Income by Robert G. Allen
  • The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles
  • Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill
  • The Bible the inspired word of God

I have read all of the above and recommend any of them to you and guarantee that if you start reading any of them on a daily basis that your thoughts will begin to change for the better.
